My Absence 

Where have I been? Life had been hitting me pretty hard. I had to reassess everything. Am I supposed to be here?  Does me being here matter?  Perhaps this blog was just for a season and that season is over.  Who said I had to live life out loud? The blog started off as good will and when things started getting tough- I did what I do best- trim the fat, toss the jetsam. I took a deep dive into my faith and leaned on trusted advisers. 

Never give up

Life is fluid and full of change with unexpected twists and turns. I like cause and effect.  I am goal oriented. It doesn’t have to be instant gratification but I would like to see it.  All of my goals that I have set and accomplished to date have been lofty but ultimately, tangible.  I am used to concrete and measurable outcomes. Win or lose. My current goal is warm and fuzzy: to effect change through my story of God’s grace.

Metrics don’t apply here.

I’m Back. 

Life will continue to happen. I keep thinking that this about me.  It is not about me.  It has never been about me.  I started on this journey to help others.  Period.  I am living life out loud.  I am putting time and effort into posting this blog- for what? You! I am here to encourage you to live and dream boldly! It is a part of who I am, it cannot be abandoned.

What does this mean for you? 

I never intended to help you create a road map. Previously, I saw that as your job. I don’t know you, nor your circumstances. Still, people keep asking me how. I have been overlooking this gift. I am able to see big, complex problems and come up with plans. It’s what I do. Before I realized this- it was a source of frustration for me. What seems obvious to me- is not obvious to others. Light bulb moment.
