Hope

I woke up from a beautiful sleep on Wednesday morning. I felt energized and refreshed and this scripture was on my heart

Yahweh’s tender mercies have no end, and the kindness of his endless love is never exhausted. New, fresh mercies greet me with every sunrise. So wonderfully great is your faithfulness! I tell my soul, “Yahweh is my abundant portion. I need nothing more. So, I will put all my hope in him.
— Lamentations 3:22-24 TPT

I realized it was the first time sleeping in my bed and for eight hours in two weeks. Whew! What a power packed couple of weeks!

It started with writing a piece about my brother Jonathan. It was necessary to write and share. Liberating, actually. Fear and shame are stifling. As much as it is good to work through it on my own, sharing what I have learned through it releases hope. Hope is my lifeline! I am so encouraged! I will share more about this two weeks, later.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
— ‭‭Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.
— ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭130‬:‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
— ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭31‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold.”
— ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭12‬ ‭NIV‬‬
