Time and Intention
The only way to manage your schedule when time counts. We only get 24 hours in each day. That is non negotiable. What we do with our time, however, is completely optional.
Last week I was challenged to add something to my already full calendar. After careful decision, I decided that it was something that I had to do. When my schedule is really full is when I optimize time and get really efficient at tasks.
Previously, this weekly video took a chunk of time out of my schedule. By doing daily videos I am streamlining my process. If it does not matter, I am not doing it because I don't have time for it. I have already seen the positive. Believe it or not, I think I am more relaxed. I have taken the pressure off of myself to get every last thing right. My messages clearer. Editing quicker. The pressure is on but I am growing and that is important to me.
You can find the daily posts for this week on You tube or Linkedin- the content varies slightly between the two.
I am outside in the cold and wind walking with my two little girls. It was really cold. One of my girls remarked “where is everybody else?”

Urgency, intention, dreams, goals and purpose are some of my favorite words! Today I want to talk about urgency.
This week I attended an Executive Education Course at Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. It was a wonderful exercise in personal and professional development. I was grateful to meet this women who shared her heart and encouraged gratefulness. I want you to meet her!
