Travel is the perfect opportunity to step out of one’s comfort zone. Away from common place and routine, things start to get interesting. I believe that the greatest growth happens outside of our comfort zones. Growth is inherently uncomfortable. The delights of travel takes some of the sting off!
This is my dad, Benjamin McKenzie. He is a handsome tall man. More often than not, you hear me talk about my mom. My mom was the outspoken one and it is easy to give her credit for most but that would be inaccurate.
On paper, I appear to be over committed and pulled by two sports in separate directions.
Today is Audrey’s birthday. She is 14 years old. I must tell you about her! What an extraordinary young lady! In addition to being an excellent student, she plays the saxophone and is an excellent swimmer. She is beautiful…
What beautiful and impactful work you do that has generational and eternal significance!
Then she asked me about my wedding dress and if she could try it on. I told her tomorrow would have been our wedding anniversary.
The last post I wrote was nearly two years ago. I have been grieving, slaying giants, raising champions, and growing in faith.
