Potential and Capacity — Autumn McKenzie

More often we limit our goals and dreams and think we have more time than we do. Let's flip this!

When is the last time we considered our potential? What is our individual potential? What is our individual capacity? I would argue that our potential is unlimited while our capacity has constraints. Our potential is bound by modifiable constraints which include things like our imagination and our beliefs. Our capacity, however, has one hard stop- TIME. If the greatest constraint on our capacity is time and our potential is unlimited- what are we waiting for? Every moment has promise! How will we to capture it? Now is the most important moment. What will you do with it?
