100 Days of Burpees Continues
/ Autumn McKenzie JacksonIt is not too late to start! Started a Burpee Challenge March 12th. Started with one burpee and adding one more burpee each day until Day 100. Join in. Start today.
Start with one burpee. If you can do one, the next day you can do two. If you can do two, the next day you can do three. And before you know it...
When I first started this challenge, I was not so sure about it. Ten days in, I was still not sure. I am finally approaching midpoint and I am really making progress. I take it one day at a time. I am not focused on the 100. I am thinking about the number required for the day.
Once you hit larger numbers, you may want to consider breaking up into sets of 10 or 20- whatever you need to do to KEEP GOING and continue good form!
Best Advice
1) Start. It just takes one burpee to start. If you can do one burpee, you can do 100. Take it one day at a time
2) No excuses. Life is busy and burpees are not fun. Still, it an excellent overall exercise. If your serious about your health and you need a kickstart- embrace burpees.
